I have been using Aveeno Active Naturals® Skin Relief Hand Cream, Fragrance Free, every night for the past month. I have very dry skin, especially during the winter months, and I am constantly washing my hands, so I need something that really works, or my hands start to bleed. The cream is nice and rich, absorbs well and is non-greasy. I like that it is fragrance-free, however there is a slight scent (probably due to the plastic tube), but it is not overpowerful and doesn't last long. One ingredient is colloidal oatmeal, which helps my skin to feel soft and smooth, but I find that it does not last for 24 hours, nor does it last through hand washing, as mentioned on the packaging. The formula is supposed to heal dry skin, but since it is only 97ml, there is not enough of the product to see any lasting improvement. I was excited to try out this aveeno hand cream as I have noticed my hands are especially dry with the constant use of hand sanitizer. I tried an experiment to see if it actually worked so i used cream on half my hand and then looked a few minutes later and sure enough, the side with the cream was soft and the other side was dry and flaky so I do believe it works on dry skin. I like that it is fragrance free as this is important for me to avoid fragrances in my creams. My one and only criticism is that it is in face VERY greasy. On the back of the product, the infromations are well separated and they are clear.The hole to take out the cream is the perfect size. The cream has a nice consistency, not too liquid. On the other hand, I would prefer a cream less consistent. The product indicates no odor. Indeed, the product does not leave a small odor. I feel my skin well hydrated. After testing the Aveeno Skin Relief Hand Cream, I can say that it definitely fulfills its promises of relieving itchy, extra dry skin. Given that it's winter right now and I live in Canada, and also that I am using a lot of hand sanitizer on a daily basis, my hands are in desperate need of hydration and nourishment! I find with so many hand creams, the cream just disappears within half an hour and I am constantly having to reapply. The Aveeno kept my hands so moisturized for a long period of time without having to do that (although not through handwashing as the packaging suggests). It even hydrated my cuticles, which are also dry this time of year. On top of that, the formula was not greasy at all, as the label says, and did not just sit on top of my hands. This formula is not overly thick or too thin. It absorbs well into the skin and does not leave any residue on clothing or anything else. Since I also have a lot of allergies and am not allowed to wear fragrance at work, I love that this hand cream is fragrance free. Overall, I'm very impressed with this hand cream and would definitely repurchase. I put Aveeno Active Naturals Intense relief cream on before I go to bed because I wash my hands alot because of my job.
